The rules for using the Benwer Cars marketplace to discover rental fleets.
The marketplace
Benwer Cars provides a public directory of car rental companies and their published fleets. You can compare cars and continue to a company’s own website to finish a rental. These terms apply to the marketplace website. They do not replace the rental company’s own terms, which apply when you book with them.
Bookings are with rental companies
Benwer does not rent cars, take payment, or enter into a hire contract on the marketplace. If you continue to a company site, any booking, deposit, insurance, and pick-up arrangement is between you and that company. Read their terms before you confirm.
Listings and availability
Fleet details, prices, photos, and availability are published by rental companies and may change. We aim to show public information accurately, but we do not guarantee that a car will still be available or that a listed price will be honoured until the company confirms it. Dates you enter on the marketplace help you search. Final availability is confirmed on the company site.
Acceptable use
Use the marketplace lawfully. Do not scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, submit false contact details, or use the site to harm other people or businesses.
Liability
The marketplace is provided as a discovery service. To the extent permitted by law, Benwer is not liable for rental disputes, vehicle condition, or bookings completed on a company’s site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date on this page shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
