Who we are
Benwer Cars (“Benwer”, “we”, “us”) operates a consumer marketplace that helps travellers discover car rental fleets in Málaga province. This policy covers the marketplace website only. If you continue to a rental company’s own site to book, that company is responsible for the data you submit there.
What this marketplace does
You can search cars and companies, compare public fleet details, and continue to a rental company’s site to complete a booking. Benwer does not take payment or create a rental contract on the marketplace. The rental agreement is between you and the company.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the marketplace, we may process: • Search and usage data — location and dates you enter, pages you view, and basic technical data such as IP address, browser, and device information. • Language preference — stored as a strictly necessary cookie so we can show English or Spanish. • Cookie consent — stored on your device so we remember your choice. • Contact messages — name, email, subject, and message if you write to us. We tag these as coming from the marketplace. We do not ask you to create an account on the marketplace. Booking and payment details are collected by the rental company on their own site, under their own privacy policy.
